Meet The Coaches
Lindsay Long
I am a lifelong athlete, but the moment I spectated a triathlon in 2012, I fell in love with the sport and dove head first into the deep end. Progressing from sprint to full distance, I have found an appreciation for what each distance has to offer. Having been a curious student of multisport, I now have the privilege to coach athletes and bestow onto them all the knowledge and skills I have acquired. My passion for sport and teaching have collided to provide athletes with an improved training journey and racing experience.

My Coaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching is founded in a mix of utilizing science-backed data to guide and build the training, while prioritizing listening to and hearing the needs of each athlete in order to individualize their experience. No two athletes are the same. My aim is to match the right metrics, with the right training, for the right athlete.
