Meet The Coaches
Lindsay Long
I am a lifelong athlete, but the moment I spectated a triathlon in 2012, I fell in love with the sport and dove head first into the deep end. Progressing from sprint to full distance, I have found an appreciation for what each distance has to offer. Having been a curious student of multisport, I now have the privilege to coach athletes and bestow onto them all the knowledge and skills I have acquired. My passion for sport and teaching have collided to provide athletes with an improved training journey and racing experience.

My Coaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching is founded in a mix of utilizing science-based data to guide and build the training, while prioritizing listening to and hearing the needs of each athlete in order to individualize their experience. No two athletes are the same. My aim is to match the right metrics, with the right training, to the right athlete.
Tanya Parmley
As an endurance athlete, I love helping other athletes achieve their goals. I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and have helped many athletes achieve their individual goals, achieve personal bests, and experience growth in strength and endurance. I started competing in triathlons in 2016 and have never looked back. From starting with the sprint distance to completing a full Ironman, the enthusiasm that I feel is something I passionately want to share with other athletes. No matter the distance or goal, I feel privileged to guide an athlete to the start line both physically and mentally.

My Coaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching is to see and hear the individual. I'm passionate about learning, guiding, and educating people through a personal and intuitive approach. I do use metrics and science-based methods as a guide to structure and build training, but I also take into account your life and daily schedule to find the right balance. No two athletes are the same and, as such, I approach coaching with a personal and communication oriented methodology.
